Try Before You Buy:

You can try out any of our equiment before you buy.  Our experts can help you choose from our wide range to make sure your size, budget, playing style, experience and ability are all factored into getting you kitted out properly.

At the back of the shop, there are TWO cricket nets (YES, 2 CRICKET NETS!!) which are open for coaching, clubs and parties, but more importantly for customers to try bats, sticks and bowls before you decide on your purchase. We even have a short mat ready to use for people to try the bowls! If you are spending your hard earned cash on a product you need to make sure you like it! Spend as much time as you want trying out the products with the help of our friendly and knowledgable staff.

Our story:

Founded in 1995, Game Set & Match is a family specialist sports shop in Chichester, West Sussex.  Our aim is to offer the best selection of equipment at competitive prices, with friendly expert advice to make sure you get what is right for you because you can try it before you buy it.

Having started at a small shop in Chichester we have now moved to a big warehouse with FREE parking just off the A27 (get directions >>), to really stock the best equipment at a great price with the right advice.

With Andrew Barnes (hockey, cricket, bowls), his son, Ben Barnes (ex-England Hockey International) and daughter, Rebecca Stemp, we have all the help you will need, with friendly advice. Our staff are all trained to give good advice and help you get the right product for you.

Game Set & Match started with three specialist sports, Cricket, Hockey and Bowls, extending to Rugby, Tennis, Squash, Running and Darts.
