Free Delivery
You receive FREE delivery* on all UK Mainland orders of £100 or more (including discounts) via the Interlink Express Next Day service.
* Free delivery excludes parcels of 10 kg and over. The £100 free delivery threshold stated is limited to UK Mainland delivery addresses. Please note customers living at addresses in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland get free delivery where the order value exceeds £200.
Delivery Options
Depending on the weight, size and value of your order and your delivery address, we use one of the delivery options below for your order.
1) Standard Delivery
Where your order value is up to £10, standard first class shipping via Roya l Mail is used and costs £4.00.
2) Courier Delivery
Where your order value is up to £99.99, shipping is via DPD and costs £6.00.
3) Free Delivery
Free delivery is available on all orders of £100 or more. Please see details (and conditions) at the top of this page.
4) Customer Collect
You can choose to collect your order from the shop, we will email or phone you when your order is ready for collection;

PLEASE NOTE: All orders over £10 which use a Courier Service require a signature on delivery. And all listed services may not be available for all UK addresses.
Order Despatch
We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12:00 noon, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) the same day (where all items are in stock).
All orders placed after 12.00 noon and over a weekend are normally dispatched the next working day - Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
However, we make no dispatch guarantees.
Bespoke Items
Bespoke items which include Embroidery and / or Printing can take up to 10 working days to produce. And bespoke item orders are despatched as soon as they have been personalised.
Custom Made Club Kits
Most items of Club Kit are custom made to order by suppliers. And the suppliers don't hold stock of these items.
Unfortunately, this can mean your order or part of your order could take up to 8 weeks to reach you.
Game Set and Match understand this process is not ideal and are investigating ways to improve delivery times.
